LUGGAGE : Platinum Transit accepts no liability for lost or damaged luggage. Please ensure this is covered in your travel insurance.
DELAYS: Platinum Transit will not accept any responsibility for any delays due to traffic conditions or vehicle mechanical breakdown beyond our control. Any changes to flight schedules should be advised to Platinum Transit as soon as possible and we will do all in our power to make alternative arrangements for your transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given if at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may be refunded at the discretion of Platinum Transit.
